Activities - Sailing

The Trust owns 8 sailing craft - a Randmeer, a Yare and Bure One Design, 2 Falmouth Bass Boats and 3 Yeoman.

In Spring 2007, two volunteers travelled to Holland to collect the new 21-ft Randmeer as a replacement for our old one. This boat has proved to be a great success with our visitors and a delight to sail, being particularly well suited to the waters of the Norfolk Broads. She was officially launched on a sunny day in June and named Alice by a local lady of the same name who has supported the Trust over many years by organising village events.

People can be taken out to just enjoy the fun and freedom of sailing as well as participating in courses and taking Nancy Oldfield Trust or the Royal Yachting Association certificates.
