Senior Water Activities Instructor
Location: Neatishead, Norfolk
Hours: 4 days/week, 9:00am – 4:30pm (Mon–Fri)
Salary: £14.55/hour + Pension | Potential for extension or permanent role post-October

Are you passionate about the water and making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for a Senior Water Activities Instructor to lead inclusive, life-changing experiences on the beautiful waterways of the Norfolk Broads.

As part of our close-knit team, you’ll empower individuals of all ages and abilities to explore the water with confidence, fun, and freedom.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and instruct in sailing, motor boating, canoeing, pedal launches, and mega SUP paddleboarding
- Act as Senior Instructor (S.I.) on duty, overseeing all on-water activities
- Support and guide our amazing volunteers
- Help maintain our fleet of keelboats and equipment
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment for all visitors
What You’ll Bring
- RYA Senior Instructor (Dinghy or Keelboat – conversion provided if needed)
- A passion for working with people with disabilities or those facing disadvantage
- Friendly, supportive, and confident communication skills
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check
