Bishop Graham Usher the Bishop of Norwich held a charity lunch on Friday 23rd June 2023. One of our long term sailing visitors, Bryony Limb, was invited to attend and went along with her stepdad Richard together with David one of our trustees, to represent the Nancy Oldfield Trust. Approximately 300 people attended representing over a hundred local charities who had either been given a grant by the Anne French Trust (the Bishop is the chair of trustees).
It was a lovely sunny day and we enjoyed looking around the garden before lunch. The Bishop came round to speak to his guests and asked Bryony if she would like to tell everyone what we had done with the money we had been given. Well done Bryony!
