The Nancy Oldfield Trust offers disabled and socially disadvantaged people excitement, freedom and adventure on the Norfolk Broads.
Established in 1984 we are the only facility of our kind in East Anglia, providing a wide range of activities and opportunities for our visitors.

Enjoy a great day out with a difference in the company of our qualified skippers and instructors. Experience the fun and exhilaration of sailing; take on the challenge of learning to sail in one of our specially chosen keel boats; or try your hand at canoeing in our rafted Canadian canoes.
Observe nature close at hand from one of our skippered motor cruisers. Look out for otters, kingfishers or marsh harriers, and listen for the boom of the bittern! Or if you'd prefer, simply sit quietly fishing from the tranquil decking of our 'Ark' on Barton Broad.
If you want more than a single day out, groups can stay in our comfortable fully accessible bungalow which offers self catering accommodation for up to 10 people. The bungalow can be booked for overnight, weekend or week long stays.
Monday to Friday we take groups out at 10.30 and 13.30 for around two and a half hours. The suggested donation is £9 per person, with a minimum suggested donation of £18, carers go free. We can arrange weekend cruises and sailing and with sufficient notice, we can be more flexible with timing. Please ask us if you would like to arrange a trip.
